This privacy notice explains which data is processed when you request information or book a viewing through Nieuwe Boteringestraat.

Which data do we process?

When you submit a request, we may process your name, email address, phone number, selected apartment, preferred time, message, language preference, and technical form metadata. When you are seriously being considered for an apartment, we may ask for additional data needed for the rental process, such as income information, employer or entrepreneur details, company details, a landlord statement, and a safe identity check.

Why do we process this data?

We use your data only for renting out our apartments. This means answering your request, following up on a viewing, assessing whether the apartment is suitable, carrying out an income check or company check, preventing form abuse, and managing rental communication.

Request follow-up

Form submissions may be processed in an external follow-up system, such as GoHighLevel, so we can respond carefully and manage appointments properly.

Sharing data

We do not sell your data and we do not share your data with others, unless this is necessary for the rental process, assessing your request, performing the rental agreement, technical website management, or when we are legally required to do so. This may include a follow-up system, hosting provider, accountant, property manager, rental agent, verification provider, or legal adviser when necessary.

Website analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are visited, which referral sources visitors come from, and whether a request form was successfully submitted. This measurement is aggregated and is not used to follow individual visitors.

Retention

Data is not kept longer than needed for rental communication, follow-up, assessment, performance of the rental agreement, and administration. Data of applicants who do not rent an apartment may be deleted periodically once follow-up is no longer needed. After a rental agreement ends, we delete data from our systems, unless retention is still necessary for statutory administration, payment, maintenance, disputes, liability, or other legitimate rental administration.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, or object to the processing of your data. Use the contact page for that request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, and unnecessary disclosure. We only ask for data that is relevant to the request or rental process.
